Innovation & Business Development Associate
Support our business development work — surface and analyze new growth opportunities (European innovation projects, emerging market verticals, AI applications), assess commercial pitches, and track technology trends. You'll work alongside the founders in a small team where your input shapes direction directly.
Who we're looking for
- Proactive and analytical. You can take a fuzzy question and structure it.
- Genuinely curious about AI, innovation, and where the two meet markets.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Pulled toward commercial activity — you like the puzzle of matching technology to a market.
